I can’t believe I forgot to post this! The Christmas card I made for the studio, depicting ourselves the Helpful Strangers doing what we do best: wrapping giant presents, balancing on Christmas ornaments and wearing festive clothing.
A late Merry Christmas to all!

Inspired by the amazing work of Carolyn Sewell, I’ve started drawing some postcards now and then with quotes from songs. This one has a quote from Such Great Heights by The Postal Service and it is one of my favourites.

I’ve always wanted to try my hand at maps… Here is something quick I made to go with this article I wrote, 5 ottime tazzine di caffè, for my Stoccòlm column on Nuok.it – it shows where to find the best espresso in town!

This is a project that has run in a looong time, but hey – good things come to those who wait! It is a nice and complex project that aims at helping schoolchildren learn foreign languages, such as Spanish, French and Mandarin. Take a look!

The theme of the whole project is paper dolls & cardboard theatre – how very exciting!

As you might or might not know, every friday at 5pm (GMT+1) the Helpful Strangers are guests on the FWA tv. And what we do is to doodle on the spot people’s requests that come via twitter… In a word, we twoodle! These are the twoodles I made last friday, including a happy walrus in a swimming pool, a hamster destroying a city and skateboarder pirate.
Stop by next week and drop us a request: tweet @Helpfulstranger or use #twoodleme!
